  • Hi

The reason for my last comment:-

My main concern was, bubblers and flashback methods, you appeared to have scrimped on this. In your words the bubbler would fail (explode) should a back flash accur. This would send flying debris in all directions at high volocity. The flashback arrester of brooze wool is a poor mans device. I am glad to hear you have re-thought you design especially on safety. By the way, my bubblers are made of heavy stainless steel tube with R/valve

    Kind Regards

  • to hhoprofessor:

The 60 cell unit is the result of consulting with one of the world's leading electrolyzer experts, built by a master machinist, and engineered from 7 years of research and development in hydrogen production. Redundant safety features have been incorporated in the design. The 2 most important factors in the design were safety and hydroxy production. Melamine panels surround the acrylic box to protect against excessive heat. The unit is now being used to run a backup generator.

  • This unit has been built from useless imformation place on utube, the design is boarding insane. Cost cutting will cause serious injury. (1) plastic bubblers (2) bronze wool flash arrester (3) acrylic top on the main unit. please re-think your design.
