I've typically gotten the Mongolian Beef whenever I eat Chinese, because I've never had a bad dish of it. But of all the ones I've had, I was most disappointed by PF Changs unfortunately. I've had Mongolian Beef at PF Chang's affiliate - Pei Wei - and loved it.

Let me take a little bit of scallionS and carrotS (you only put one piece of carrot in you mouth)? - We can take a few (pieces/slices of ) carrots or scallions. We take a little bit of rice, water, information etc.

You sir, are a complete twat (when it comes to reviewing food) . The beef looks fresh? It's been well cooked? I can taste the scallions, the carrots, the soy sauce ( which is what you put in your mouth)..stating the obvious aren't you? Was there nothing else that you could taste ? The beef soaks up the sauce...what else might it do and what did it taste like besides the obvious soy sauce?
