The truth is seldom nice and polite but it is rarely if ever stupid.

And those white American citizens that join gangs can't be deported. They can however and should be given a nice long stint in prison. I doubt the illegal alien gang members in question would find that a preferable option.

But if Tom kicks them all out, who'll pick fruit for a dollar an hour? Who'll clean rich people's houses and keep thier lawns clean? Those aren't jobs Americans will pay other Americans will do.

That is simply not true. If it were, the GOP would not have won the 2010 mid-terms by such a large margin as they did.

As governor of Colorado. how exactly will Tancredo secure the borders?

He won't, but he could secure Colorado's borders. All he has to do is declare a state of emergency and call out the national guard. He can also withhold state funds from cities in Colorado that act as sanctuary cities, and probably win a majority of the citizens votes in those cities just by doing that. Providing of course the illegal aliens don't vote, which they well might, and probably do.

I haven't seen a lot of poll numbers that indicate people think that illegal immigration is a serious emergency. A problem, yes, but not an emergency.

Still, that would be fantastic. Most people in Colorado live in the cities, and to have the cities' state funding cut off - well, that would be politically very brave, to the point of political suicide. I wish him the best of luck with his demons.
