Overheating problems with your xbox360? heres how to fix it and prevent the red ring of death

1. Take any disc out of your xbox console and place it back in its case and take your hard-drive out
2. Unplug all of the cords from your console and place it on a table were you have some space
3. Take your faceplate off
4. Then take the top cover off (were your hard-drive would be)
5. Then Take the bottom cover off
6. either use a air compressor or a vacuum and take all the dust out of there
7. and once your done and plug everything back in it

if you lay yours down your discs read better and are less likely to brake
now if you want to stand yours up the heat gets off of it better but it is not better for the disc unless you play your games from your hard-drive
