@loyalheart164 yes it is. the front axle is a solid one. not IFS so it is 4x4. he just never put it in 4x4!

You do NOT deserve to have such a beautiful truck.... At least I take care of my 96 dodge ram 1500.. I had mine for 15 years! Yours will probably only last you about...6 months, tops.
