5 Years Old, 110 Gallon Glass Tank, Three 150watt 20k MH (coralife). I Had to Re-do the Whole tank Twice in the last 5 years. This new setup has been running since Feb of 09 with many New Fish & Corals. Dori and the Blue Devil Damsel are the Originals since 04. Everything Else are all New. My Newest Addition to the Family is the Powder Blue Tang. I have a 20 Gallon Sump, Coralife UV Sterilizer, Aquaripure System, Eco Aqualizer-150 System, 4 assorted Powerheads, and about 40lbs. of Live Rocks. I'm Planning on Upgrading to a 240-300 Gallon Starfire Reef Tank in the near Future.

Nice tank just installed a Eco Aqualizer-150 and was wondering if you installed this and saw a drastic difference right away or did you install it right when you did the restart? Just can keep that crystal clear water without doing weekly 20% water change on my 90g reef. Congrats on a beautiful reef tank,

I installed the Eco Aqualizer a month after i restarted the tank. I noticed the Eco Aqualizer worked the first week...i was amazed on how clear my water was, but then weeks pasted on and it didn't look as clear as b4. Tell u the truth. I think this Eco Aqualizer only works for a bit then wears off. :-(

Thanks 24saltydog. Your tank looks great as well. Yes, i've been running the aquaripure since Feb and it does really cut down on your water changes.

What a tank! Love it...I am ready to start my first saltwater/reef tank after over 20 years with freshwater tanks. This tank is sure an inspiration!

That's because you ran it 24/7, which you shouldn't, UV bulbs wears quickly, so you should only run it once in a while.

very nice--do you like the coralife uv sterilizer? what pump do you use with it?
