My phone decided it wanted to stop sending messages today, and even with several resets and a new sim card from ATT, it will NOT receive or send messages
At this moment in time I have that problem however it doesn't say message send failure. It will send the text to my friend but it will keep on saying 'sending' instead of sent. I'm on orange.
guys i randomly found out something thats working for me?! if the person ur trying to send the message too has at the start of their number 44 (international number) change it to your local area! worked for me?
@linkrocks1993 Hey, did you guys got it working already? I had the same problem! What I did: I went to settings>messages; then turned "show subject field" on.. go back to the failed sms; add a subject and try to send it again... dont ask me why, but worked to me!!
Hey mate, I am getting this problem too on my iPhone 3G.. it just doesnt want to send (I live in the UK)
Just wondering though, if you are Jailbroken and Unlocked, can you use an alternative network fine? I cant send texts on the '3' network but everything works fine on my giffgaff sim card (which runs on the 'o2' network)
Do you think you would be able to see if this is the same for you? If I fix it I will let you know :)
