For me it's the spit on Davids chin that makes this bit for me. It's so realistic and just goes to show that David's got great attention to detail for doing that.

The fact that the character's name is Dave and that Tennant uses his natural Scottish makes this almost uncomfortably real. He is a brilliant actor.
