Silent Hill 4: Mother Ending

This is ending 2 out of 4 [1 being the best ending, 4 being the worst.]

According to Game-Endings.co.uk:
By managing to defeat Walter before Eileen commited suicide by walking into the pool of blood, 21 Sacraments failed and both Henry and Eileen survived. Henry's room was however, possessed, and it's unclear what happened to the apartment building and it's tenants after this ending.

Actually, I consider this ending to be worse than the 'Death of Eileen' ending, becuase it implies that Eileen's still possessed by Walter, who's supernatural influence still hovers over the apartment. Henry probably moves due to the unpleasant memories associated with Room 302, so whoever moves in will likely take his place. Long story short: The ritual has merely been delayed/sidetracked in this ending, whereareas in 'The Death of Eileen' it's stopped for good.
