@LawandProphets You're a christian, that what you do. I used to do that too when I was a christian.

You going to a small church does not change the fact that religion gives power and money to people and it controlls people.

Look at the pope, lives in a palace of Gold, from money that came from believers. He got the power to change the view of MANY people easily.

Look at the westboro baptist church, takes 10% of income from it's members...

@Redsky176 No I wouldn't just believe anyone who says they can communicate with God and believe they are a prophet. There are ways of proving people and they are listed in the Bible. I will never become an atheists, its a waste of your time to even suggest such a thing, just as it is a waste of my time to suggest you become a God fearing, believing Christian. Not going to happen, is it? If you don't believe in God, he didn't speak with you or you would believe in God. See we use logic too, :)

I go to a relatively small church and we aren't a corporation. We have no head of anything. We have a small council of people that the members vote into each office annually and no one has more power than anyone else.

So you have nothing to back up your claim accept you thought it and so it must be? Gotcha. Thank you.
