  • Imagine a world that we all worked in our strengths and we are at least average in our weaknesses, we would get more done, be more fulfilled, and be more humble. Exciting!

  • Marcus Buckingham is coming to my school so he can ask my class questions and research on us. I will take video of him being there.

  • @realfarjus He's not saying a strength is being good at something. It's something that you love to do...that when you do it, you feel energized not drained. I'm competent in Math, but I certainly don't love it and my time and energy would be better spent focusing on more creative things as that is where my strengths lie.

  • First time I've seen this guy. He looks real pleased with himself. Which I suppose is the point. His oratory style is reminiscent of nice-guy Christian didacticism.

  • this is ridiculous. i have seen plenty of people struggling with something at first and becoming brilliant at it later on. this is garbage to me

  • BTW, google " TED EDUCATION Ken Robinson" and have a laugh and get your mind opened about what HE has to say as well. Cutting edge, great stuff.

  • This is important if we want our children (& selves) to be the happiest, most fulfilled and most successful versions. Please notice no one is saying ignore the F, simply to focus the most effort and time on the As as that is clearly a natural skill set that can become excellence. According to the greatest Managers, Coaches, Career Consultants & performers of every kind, the way to achieve greatness is to Focus On Strengths and manage weaknesses. It is wisest use of time & talent..

  • There is absolutely a great need to improve the education system in the US.

  • Marcus is a terrible writer.
