@realfarjus He's not saying a strength is being good at something. It's something that you love to do...that when you do it, you feel energized not drained. I'm competent in Math, but I certainly don't love it and my time and energy would be better spent focusing on more creative things as that is where my strengths lie.

First time I've seen this guy. He looks real pleased with himself. Which I suppose is the point. His oratory style is reminiscent of nice-guy Christian didacticism.
