@acuratlnigga yea u lose all data if you wipe ur system. i suggest you do a nandroid backup before updating to cm7, in case something goes wrong or if you dont like the rom so you can revert back to stock 2.2.2

Hi my friend. I have the regular 2.2.2 froyo on my phone. If I root it and update to cm7.1 or whatever you have. Will I lose all my data contacts text apps etc..??? Please let me know. Thanks

thank god...
Flashed this and enjoyed 20 minutes of ics lol, then I went back to cm7.1. Get data wifi sound camera and everything else working and ill probably replace cm7 for this, until cm releases their version of ics since I love the extras that come with cm and I doubt I'll go with the official lg/tmobile ics release

@EXMurphey86R That's exactly how I felt. Gave ICS a try just for fun and experience, but this is no way a daily driver. CM9 should be sick though

Is there any way to disable the on-screen buttons to allow more screen real estate?

@captainqtp Yes, there are two downloadable versions of the ROM, one of which has the softkey buttons and one that does not.
