as with all of the rest of scientific postulations and theories... there are always skeptics on the fringes; that's what science is all about, skepticism (or at least the endeavor to remove such). as is consistent with general science, it will take many years to reach a universal consensus. the ICSC is just the latest batch of skeptical scientists that will catch up in years to come.
