@HeyThereDelilah911 I usually cleaned them every morning when I woke up.
Now I just clean my retainer when I take it out in the morning so when I brush my teeth at night it's just ready to pop in after.

did your orthodontist tell you to clean the aligners with dish soap!? never heard of it...weird...

@shundt100 Yes, that's how I was told to clean them. I was also told to use a Q-tip, not a toothbrush, but I didn't find the Q-tip to be very effective.
