Once you have mastered a straight arm, one motion climb up, you should begin to look for new ways to challenge yourself and build more strength. The clapping climb up is a great plyometric variation that requires a little extra speed, coordination, and power. Once you accomplish this exercise, your climb ups are sure to be lightning fast!
