in usa many are unhappy in the worst slavery exhaustive work- lauughter clubs run by rich doctots/mental social workers - but mkultra children are tortured/murdered by govt- no its not their problem if they wont laugh-u have to take violent action to stop evil tortureres hiding behind academics/doctors etc=-plus jokes can make us laugh too- plus songs/dance-mothers of world need unite to stop their slavery to men and forced pregnancies- to sell babies for mans booze /drugs-action is uplifting 2

@srajano you make a good point, laughter even contrived or 'forced' is just as good for the immune system as is humor - and on a positive note let me say that i was in awe of the indians there (i am of indian descent too but not raised indian), nobody complained, they 'gave in' to their circumstances. great video, thx for sharing, hope people don't misunderstand my words..!!

Actually, Jesus loved laughter and in his father's house in heaven, a joke starts the day not kellog's cereal !
I have video footage of Jesus telling jokes at Galilee ..lol

Forced laughter is the best kind. Not.

@OneHappyCattle It's not forced, it's faked. Faking is fun, forcing is not. And faking it can make you really laugh. But don't try it, you might split a gut.

that gentleman makes a sad statement - it IS cultural - when i lived in india (the unhappiest time of my life) - pune specifically, nobody laughs, life is nothing but drudgery and a jungle for those who cannot afford 'luxuries' that you and i take for granted here - in one word: misery. there's nothing to laugh about when u have poverty around u, disease, dogs running rampant, filth, excrement, etc.. and nobody bats an eyelash - i say first change ur way of thinking - that will make u laugh...

In the laughing club we say, "It's not because we're happy that we laugh, it's because we laugh that we are happy." I believe you missed the point. The idea is that you can be happy whatever your material circumstances, which doesn't stop you from wanting to improve your circumstances. In any case, even outside the laughing club, I don't see people in India being more or less happy than people in the west, and I have spent a lot of time in India.

Great Video...mostly old people...

Yes, I found that interesting. Here in Canada the laughter club is in the evening, and has a wide mix of ages. In India, it is very early morning, and mostly older people, as though "yoga" is for older people to keep healthy. Different culture, different behaviours.
