Do you believe that only 144,000 will be the Bride of Christ and they will be of the LDS people?
Do you believe that when you die, you remain dead until the 2nd coming?
Do you believe that the Blood of Jesus sets us Free from sin and death, or do you believe that you can loose your salvation if you are not good enough (which is living under the law)?

Regarding the 144,000, Joseph Smith was asked what we were to understand regarding them. He replied: "We are to understand that those who are sealed [the 144,000] are high priests, ordained unto the holy order of God, to administer the everlasting gospel; for they are they who are ordained out of every nation, kindred, tongue, and people, by the angels to whom is given power over the nations of the earth, to bring as many as will come to the church of the Firstborn."

As far as what happens when we die. Death is the separation of the spirit and the body. When we die, the body ceases to be alive but the spirit continues to live until the day of the resurrection.
As far as what we believe regarding Jesus, yes, by His blood we are redeemed. As the Book of Mormon says: "there shall be no other name given nor any other way nor means whereby salvation can come unto the children of men, only in and through the name of Christ, the Lord Omnipotent."
