Without doubt the best black singer ever to walk the face of this earth....when Otis redding found arther he signed him to his label, arther was THE new sam cooke!! perfect voice and the only singer in the world sounded uncanily like the master Sam...when Otis died in a plane crash, Arther was devastated and moved to Holland where he changed his name to Lee Roberts, unfortunatly holland NEVER realised the greatness of Arther Conley, he died allmost unknown in a land full of shit dutch singers!!

@SupersonicRobbie hij is mijn stief oom. Mijn vader is de broer van Jos. Ik kwam daar vaak om mijn oma en Jos te bezoeken, ik ging ook altijd langs bij Lee. Koken kon ie inderdaad goed ja. Ik weet nog dat ie vaak gebakken eieren maakte.

@SantaClaus532 Ik heb hem vanaf 1998 tot aan zijn dood in 2003 gekend.Via het bandje waar ik toen in speelde. Ik kwam in die tijd vaak in Ruurlo, soms met bandleden maar ook weleens met mijn vrouw. Van welke familie ben jij dan? Hij vond mij ook familie...daarnaast had ie nog de familie in Georgia en de familie van de "koude kant" natuurlijk.
