Continuing the Hardcore Abs segment we have Specials. Because this exercise has many repetitions and different feels, it targets all of the abdominal muscles. The repetitions and order is: 10 scoops, 10 small circles one way, 10 small circles the other way, and finally 10 scoops. Enjoy!
