Notice the difference between Louis CK and Daniel Tosh doing a rape joke.

Tosh says that all rape is funny. It's not a joke as much as it is a shocking statement. You're supposed to laugh how "daring" and "offensive" he is being.

Compare that to what CK does here. Two great rape jokes, both told well: one uses the horror of rape to alter history and the other uses comedic irony. Both make you laugh at rape while still acknowledging that it's a terrible thing. See the difference?

"raping a prostitute is robbery" is a funny idea because of the universal notion of irony; not rape.

"you shouldn't rape people, unless you want to fuck them and they won't have sex with you (the definition of rape)," is funny because it's a morbid paradox.

Exepet that murder kill people. Rape doesn't kill people.Here is the difference. Rape victims are still alive and hurt. They've been humiliated and they're still humiliated by rape jokes when the rape joke is mocking at rape vitcims like this Daniel Tosh shit.

The thing is, mocking at rape victims is not funny. Never. And if a comic wants to take the risk to hurt people who got rape (and believe me, it's not a minority, check statistics), then he's not a comic, he's an asshole. I don't see where the fun is to mock at rape victims. Comic are supposed to make people feel better about bad things, not worst. But of course, men can't understand that. And yeah, women are such oversensitive bitches for caring about their rape. Com'on , it's nothing !

I think Tosh started with "What do you want me to talk about..." Then some guy in the audience yelled "RAPE!" And I'm pretty sure Tosh said rape JOKES are funny... Or at least that meaning was implied because that's exactly how I understood it. Then the girl got pissed and he said "You must have been raped by 4 or 5 guys in this room." She stormed out, he waved... The end... She chose to be offended. No one else was offended... That should tell you that her sensitivity is the issue.

Well, that minority of women should do their research before going to see a comedian if they already have an idea of their sensitivity. I shouldn't be denied any level of pleasure to safeguard the emotions of someone who can't distinguish an act from true life. It's getting really hard to take these people serious these days... Everyone's so sensitive. We need to breed more assholes to make these sensitive nitpickers lighten up. Damn, its a joke. By definition it's not supposed to be serious.

Except you're wrong. Nowhere did Tosh ever say that all rape is funny. He merely said that rape jokes can be very funny. Then, of course, a crybaby in the audience had to throw a hissy fit in the middle of his act and was put down (as a heckler should be). Being that she was shown to be the idiot that she is, she continued to cry more about it on Tumblr. The land where crybabies reproduce.

What's the difference between the last joke in this clip and what was said by Tosh? Your biased opinion?
