@EliteMaster64 He said "wanker." Look it up on Google. It basically means "fucker" in UK/Australian English.
-
@CorporateNothing When it first aired in Japan, I mean. So Japanese cultural standards in terms of what was acceptable to show to children were simply not as strict and conservative as they are in America.

Dragon Ball, and Dragon Ball Z, is a children's television show. Just because the uncut English dub (and the original Japanese version, too) contains some mild swearing does not mean that it is somehow an "adult" show. The only reason that DB/DBZ comes off as "mature" or "adult" in America is because, when it first aired in the late 80s and early 90s, it was more acceptable to have moderate sex and violence in children's programming.

whats bad a bout thefirst one? dont play stupid with me wieger

dbz is not a kids show... but the fact that it was aired on kids cartoon channels with edited scenes and dubs may confuse some people. but if you watch the original then its all good!

@PhatMikeTheVlogs Liar.

"DON'T PLAY STUPID WITH ME WANKA!"
-
@ozzy2982 Shut up faggot

"fast talking" ...I listened to that episode and heard that line, rewound a few times, and I HAD to look up "swearing in DBZ" okay...okay...that's good ^^;
If I had kids they would be required to watch DBZ and also to listen to Finnish Metal while also drinking a bottle of Jolokian sauce mixed with a weee bit of wild turkey. I'd make a damn good parent.

No wonder they didn't like this dubbing of DBZ up in the UK, it wasn't exactly children friendly dialogue! hahahahahaha
