@Truthseekers11 There is just as much concern about the destruction of war as there is of the cost in the states, at least where I've visited/lived (never too far down south). In fact, when people complain about the loss of lives and destruction, it is directly correlated to the costs. The loss of life, destruction of property, and billions of dollars spent on those wars all mean one thing: Waste. All of those complaints arrive at the same conclusion.

i find it depressing that when the populace becomes frustrated about a war theyve been involved in it's often because theyre angry about how its costing THEM rather than for the actual physical damage their money has done and that when their sympathy is aroused its often turned to the AMERICAN soldiers who have died in the process of killing other people!

this was necessary in Reagan's day and that's why Reagan and his croanies took money right out of the well oiled machine that is medicare and SS (worked well in his time) however, his bill was created not only to restore the military but to eventually return the money BACK to SS and medicare. Require that Congress return this money to the programs they took it from originally. Look it up it's in black and white.
