Well, there's my answer. Thanks for clearing that up. Going to go the legal route, Which IS the best thing to do. So I gotta wait, so I gotta do paperwork and shell out $200.00. It could be worse....I could be living in( CHINA, IRAN,EGYPT or NEW YORK CITY.)

I'm doing the Revocable Trust/Living Will route since no CLEO's in my area will sign off on the form. Doing a SBR on a form one. I hope my local sheriff has the proper FBI fingerprint cards. I plan on going tomorrow to get them done. I filled out the forms right off of the ATF's website, and my trust was done by my local FFL. From what I hear they are super picky on the forms....rule #1 is never put caliber as "multi"....They are only requesting 2 print cards? why you say 3?

Looking to buy the RONI carbine conversion kit for my new Springfield XD 9mm from CAA Tactical, their website says "all NFA rules apply to a RONI since using the system converts my auto pistol into a SBR! (Short Barreled Rifle) The NFA costs FRICKING $200.00 and may take weeks to process. If I did obtain the conversion kit without this damn NFA paperwork would the assembled weapon be legal? The kit turns an auto handgun into a weapon that TRIPLES my range and accuracy(a semi-auto SMG)
