Modelo creado desde un simple cubo en modo editable poly.

El pelo tiene un modificador Flex asignados a vertices seleccionados desde editable poly, en el que le asigne 2 Foreces: gravity & wind.

Luego cree un bipedo, lo reajuste al modelo y a este le asigné un skin como modificador.

Para finalizar le apliqué una animación de un mocap bajado desde internet para asignársela al bipedo.
