I have ADHD and I am not very forgiving, I often do hold grudges, I am obsessed with revenge! All I do all day is think of ways to get even with people who have pissed me off!
I am sometimes very creative about my revenge methods, like signing my enemy's up for magazine subscriptions to 1,000 magazines! That is a good one! Works very well! When I was in college, I did that to my old 4Th grade teacher and a bunch of other people!!!

sorry but your list is bs
I think one reason people accept the theory of ADD as a brain "defect" is the underlying belief that there are only normal people and sick people, and any significant variation from normal must be a sickness. Most people do not understand the basis for radical but normal temperamental variations between individuals, especially if 95% of people are one way and 5% are another.

ADHD is a chemical imbalance in the brain. nothing to do with being underdeveloped. i have ADHD and i agree with all of the benefits they are great but the part about the medication is a bit inacurate now. they have new meds that don't have meth in them. but i relize this was made 2 years ago. thanks for putting up the benefits tho :) oh also i know that my ADHD makes using smiley's like =D and :P more fun to use! lol good job overall. sorry this was so long it was supposed to be short :P

Thanks AngelDude228 for helping me to see the positive side a bit clearer! I am 45 years old and have just realized that I have ADHD...
I have led a very frustrating life knowing that I am intelligent but have been unable to follow through on the important things in life.
I am now worried that my family will not understand and will be negative and dismissive about my situation.
Ps. I also have the positive symptoms. : )

@d0ntargue Dont worry Buddy About your famliy it shouldn't effect the the way you run your life. I think ADHD and ADD people just have a different way of looking at the world. some things may be difficult at times yet other thing may be far much easier. We are able to see things that others may not see. People like Jim Carrey Justin Timberlake Sylvester Stallone Will Smith. all have a passion and a dream just see how far you can take yourself. There no limit to what you mind can do. Best of luck
