it's impossible to be the SS16, just look the time of Ogier 10:17.0. if you check his SS16 time you can see that it is 13:59.2.

and at the 32' of the video you can see that petter is behind ogier. so if it was the end of day 2, it would have start before petter.

it's really weird what he's done.

It was an editing mistake from MotorTV.

(The end of SS21 is the same like SS16. So you see how Ogier slowed down for a better starting position for day3)
