Update on 190 Toll Road Eastern Extension NTTA - Episode #109

We wanted to update you on the current status and progress of the President George Bush Turnpike Eastern Extension. (http://www.ntta.org/AboutUs/Projects/PGBTEast.htm) This will take 190 (PGBT) from its current termination point in Garland at US-78 (Firewheel Mall area) through Sachse and Rowlett to connect into I-30 via a 4 level interchange, just south of Rowlett and just west of Rockwall (near the Bass Pro Shop area).

The project is being constructed in 5 sections simultaneously and will be completed simultateously also with an estimated date of the end of 2011.

The NTTA (http://www.ntta.org) spoke with us recently and informed us that the project is on schedule with most sections at around a 18-30% completion.
