Kickin' It Old School...CORN DOG Time!!

Today it's all about a favorite old school summertime classic...CORN DOGS!! Taking the old and spicin' it up for the ultimate corn dog!!

So quick and so easy, just 20 minutes and these few ingredients are all you're gonna need for these crazy corn dogs....!!
1 Box Corn Muffin Mix
1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
1/3 Cup Milk
1 Egg
1/3 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Tbs. Jalapeno, finely diced
4 Jumbo hotdogs
4 sticks...wooden skewers, chopsticks, popsicle sticks
Ketchup & mustard for tasty toppers

To make these corn dogs healthier, we are baking them in the oven. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
For easy clean-up, line your baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking oil.
In a large bowl mix all your ingredients.
The batter should be thick like a biscuit batter.
You can pour the batter in a shallow dish and roll the dogs in it to cover or pour the batter in a large cup. If using a cup, carefully stick a fork in the end of the hotdog and dip in the batter.
Do the same for each dog and place on the baking sheet. Use a spoon or your fingers to put batter on any spots not covered.
All that's left is to bake them off. In the oven they go for 15-20 minutes until golden brown!
When done, take your stick and push through the bottom of the dogs. Dip in some ketchup or mustard and get ready to eat the tastiest crazy corn dog!! No more carnivals needed after this!!

i sort of trying to do corn dogs but i was just going to use the muffin mix.yours will probably be better but i will probably hold of on the peppers,those kind are to hot.tend not to eat to many hot spicy foods.the hot things i like are hot ladies like you.
