Thanks John whoever's child you wrote about I don't care, I'm just glad you wrote it. I'm dedicating this song to my beautiful little five year old granddaughter Taylor whose momma I named Jesse. His music still strikes that deep inside after all these years.

@pjt614 But Jesse Belle was his daughter. He and Annie adopted Anna Kate and Zak, but Jesse was born after he married Cassie Delaney.
