Police officer injured in Pit Manuver

Tacoma Wash- According to an Auburn Washington Police seargent, a Auburn officer was injured while preforming a pit Manuver. Seargent Mark Caillier said,"Officers pursued the two Assault with a weapon suspects for over an hour through the city streets of Auburn and along 3 seperate Freeways. When traffic was clear enough the officer preformed a pit manuver on the suspect vehicle causing it to spin out. The two suspects were taken into custody but several police vehicles were damaged in the insueing Crash including the injured officers vehicle that crashed into the Jersey Barrier. The investigation into the Assault with a weapon is ongoing.
