I won't be joining the contest but I will be doing my own workout on the Wii Fit and on the various equipment in my home. I'm about 5'11" now and like 192 lbs, but I would like to lose at the least 10-20 lbs. I was 155 after I graduated high school and almost 4 years later and 40 lbs heavier and yeah... I just want to get back into shape. I'm gonna keep up with your vids though man, to see your progress. GOOD LUCK DS!
I work out every day except weekends, Mon, Wed, Fri Cardio and weights Tues Thurs is Palates and pool laps. I always watch what i eat, i love to cook so i do alot of home cooking and i love those nutri grain bars =D Theres alot of good snacks out there that are good for you and taste good too. I'm 6'0 tall too and weigh 160.
ride bike for 2 hours a night 5 nights a week ( or morning is prob better ) and that shit will do its toll, you'll be thin in no time and its not bad on the knees like jogging. Jogging is terrible for the knees, you'll regret it if you jog lol.
for the last year i have been exercising everyday on the treadmill 2 miles a day a incline a 8.0 and end up at 15.0 at the end of the workout and 3.8 for speed for 30 mins a day..i burn over 400 calories a day, back in June I weighed 185 now i weigh today 160 or so, and i feel amazing! I continue my routine everyday! When that little voice tells me i'm lazy, i don't listen, everyday for the last year, getting up on my 1 year here very soon :) Thanks for inspiring me so many times :)

Ive decided that im goign to start working out more to get that 6-pack ive always wanted and almost had when i was 16. im not going to quit.
