Dr Imran Farooq laid to rest and his name will shine forever in MQM history

Maulana Asad Thanvi led the funeral prayers of Dr Imran attended by a mammoth gathering of mourners including MQM leaders, party workers, other notables and general public, a private TV reported on Saturday.
Dr Imran Farooq will be laid to rest at the Martyrs Graveyard in Yaseenabad. The remains of Dr Imran was brought to Karachi through PIA flight PK-788 this morning. The widow of MQM slain leader, his two children, parents, other family members, deputy convenor MQM Rabita Committee Dr. Farooq Sattar, members Raza Haroon and Wasay Jalil also arrived with the remains of Imran Farooq this morning. Governor of Sindh Dr. Ishratul Ebad received the dead body at airport. Interior Minister Rehman Malik, Chief Minister of Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah and a large number of MQM leaders and workers were present at the airport.
