having about 15 a day, and then i cut it down a bit and later on about 2 monthes i went to the 2mg and then chewed that for a couple monthes, and then started switching it with some trident r dentyne r whatever. now im off it its a long process but works

yea man its the bitch.... im quitting right now, i started from smoking 20 a day, then i went down to 15, and then down to 10, over about two weeks for each.. and then i stated smoking about 8 and then i smoked halfs instead of the full 7 or 8.. then i went to the nicorette gum, that helps alot. and i just chewed the four mg for a couple weeks
