lol... I know what a GN is. The owner is a buddy of mine. He told me a few weeks ago he sent it to a friend for new paint. I've urged him to send it to the local Turbo-Buick tuner a mere 4 miles or so from his house, when it's done. :D

My Camaro is getting out of the shop with a fresh clutch - hopefully today. I'll try to get my GN pal to test-n-tune next week for his rematch... might be later on in the season tho - he's an accountant - and this is obviously his busy week. :D

If you think you can drop 2 seconds in the quarter mile with minor tinkering, then you're a bigger dreamer than I am. You're not going to pull a required 200hp or so out of minor tinkering. I do not know of any 3300+ pound RWD cars under 500hp that can run 11's.

@lajefadecarebear . You are absolutely right.....I've owned 2 GN's since 93. Stock they are ok......put some simple bolt on on them and they are down right nasty though. Good run for the SS Camaro. The GN driver was napping a bit, but hey everyone is not a skilled driver either.......the GN looked good though. :-)

Where do they get it from? Being internet racers. Thinking Youtube is the source for facts on cars, when many video's never list the mods the cars are showing.

Like one guy said one of Boost Logic's Supra's (SW's Supra) was bought and built for 50k.....lmao. Even SW laughed at that. That car had 190k invested in it.

were do they get all there bs from? they should know how much a STOCK gn runs before they open there mouths like "why did it loose somethings wrong with the driver bla bla bla" like u said bro there high 13 secon cars and a stock ls1 is mid to low 13 seconds with just bolt ons its in the 12's yet here are people swearing "it would normaly blow that camaro away" god they sound like clueless idiots!
