Supernatural: At the Movies

Supernatural is very clever in representing many different genres. With this vid I have tried to pay homage to some of them. Of course I don't have them all. I was gazumped by Monster Movie for "classic horror". And I am sure there are others but I thought 6 was enough! :D

This vid represents a lot of work (as vids generally do) and a lot of other talents - namely from maichan02, who produced the movie posters and opening and closing title sequences and from my wonderful beta Sharvie.

No money made but comments are gratefully (and warmly) accepted.

This is amazing! I knew I was gonna love it after the first 5 seconds! The posters are true genius. maichan02 did an amazing job finding just the right pic for each genre! I especially loved "Splendor in the Fall" & Running Scared." Oh, and "Bad Bros II"'s poster is great! Do you mind telling me where maichan02 got it from? At first glance, I thought it was the picture from the second novel, but Jared's hair is blowing to the side instead of the front... I pay too much attention to this stuff...

@SupervilleRules Hi. Thank you so much! I'm really glad you enjoyed this. I'm just putting the finishing touches on the sequel to this... should be up in 2 weeks. I'm not sure where maichan got all the pics from for the posters. I think that one of Jared is a S1 pic from the promo shoots. The ones in the desert... (and you should see the new posters she's made.. Woot! :D )

I love how this isn't just a matter of great editing (even though it is fantastic) but how the show does actually have all these elements at least at one time or another. <3

Mkay, I'll have to check them out. : ) I so miss Jared's bangs! D : He really needs to bring them back. Just like have some kind of fight with something with a sharp weapon and "accidentally" get part of his hair cut off, just short enough that he has to do the bangs again, nowhere near Dean short. ; ) And with that long and complicated sentence over with, I will end this very weird reply. ; )
