it is actually very pleasing. But it all began with loving myself first and feeling comfortable in my present body. so far I lost over 15 pounds in 3 weeks

so true, I am very overweight and I hated my body. then I started practicing louise hay's affirmations and began really loving myself and my body...now a couple of weeks later, I am losing 1-2 pounds a day literally, every morning I weigh myself and I am always 1-2 pounds lighter, and I am eating a well balanced diet..the thing is I didn't do it consciously, one day I just woke up and felt like eating differently so it is no struggle to me.

Thank you, this video makes it very easy to understand. I just have to relax into the down stream and the flow will start taking me where i what to go. like when opptunity meets preperation.:)

This is so true. I lost 70lbs this way. Always imagine what you want to be prior to going to sleep. Imagine the number on the scale that you want it to be, not what it actually is. Thoughts make you fat not food!
