Tower crane collapses crushing highway traffic in Krasnoyarsk

A tower crane has toppled onto a busy road in the Siberian city of Krasonyarsk injuring six people. The accident occurred near one of the city's construction areas and was captured on CCTV. The massive structure fell directly onto cars waiting at nearby traffic lights. This kind of accident is not without precedent - four cranes in different parts of Russia have toppled over in the last 2 years, killing 5 people in total.
