Father and Son team launch an iphone into space. The iphone along with a HD camera were lifted up to an altitude of 100 000ft above New York using a helium filled balloon.

At this atitude the weather balloon burst and sent the iphone, camera and burst container hurtling towards the earth at 150mph even with the parachute open!

Thanks to the iPhones internal GPS, the capsule and its contents were located intact in a tree 30 miles north of the liftoff site!

Vater und Sohn-Team starten ein iPhone in den Weltraum. Das iphone zusammen mit einer HD-Kamera wurden bis zu einer Höhe von 100 000ft über New York mit einem mit Helium gefüllten Ballon abgehoben.

An dieser atitude das Wetter Ballon platzen und schickte das iPhone, Kamera-und Burst-Container rast auf die Erde zu 150 Stundenmeilen sogar mit dem Fallschirm zu öffnen!

Dank des iPhones internen GPS, die Kapsel und ihr Inhalt wurden entfernt unversehrt in einem Baum 30 Meilen nördlich von der Start site!

En este atitude el globo meteorológico estalló y envió el contenedor iPhone, cámara y se echó a toda velocidad hacia la Tierra a 150 mph, incluso con el paracaídas abierto!

Gracias al GPS iPhones internos, la cápsula y su contenido se encuentra intacto en un árbol de 30 millas al norte del sitio de lanzamiento!

    a piece of string that long would be too heavy for a start. secondly it would probably just stretch and break over that length

    It was an iPhone it was in the capsule protected from the pressure a housing. A housing works exactly the same under water.
