@BMS1974 I love SAW2, and I think it's my favourite aphex twin album too, but I hate with all my anti-matter the original version of this song. Seems to me he just got rid of the drums and slowed it down so it sounded ambient.

Wow this is amazing... Really waned to hear this after hearing Saw2 alot... This version is so cool!!! love the percussion 'swooshing' noise heard throughout. This is still hypnotic, if not even more than the saw2 version.

I like this version better than the SAW2 version, but that one is still good if you want something more chill.

This is interresting to see that kind of alternate versions, like n1.asp and Ptolemy, always hard to say which one was done before the other. I bet this is the first version here from 93 and then he played it once without drums a bit by chance and "oh well, doesn't sound bad"

Yea. I think I'd just grown to accustomed to the SAW2 version. If I'd heard this beforehand, I might like it.

SAW 2 is actually my fav AFX album ;-) But this wee Rapido mix has its place ;-)
