They are drill sgts. Only the Marine Corps has Drill Instructors, and they would NEVER participate in putting on a show like this for the sake of entertainment. the focus is always on completing a training objective. (this dog and pony show sickens me and is embarassing)

Yes, i am a teenager still, and i am shocked. Thinking about joining the National Guard, how tough is is? Need some feedback, i still have 6 years before i plan to go out (20).

It's not only a hard duty, because those that are there volunteered to do it and work over 180 hours a week at times. We don't find nothing funny about a subordinate making fun of everything that was instilled in them because of our dedication to our service. It is discipline and respect that we focus on. Therefore, we seriously would and should never entertain that. That's just part of the little respect that we demand in return for our passion of training recruits into Marines. We have a life.

First, I'd like to say that I ran into this video by accident as I was searching something in relation to Drill Instructors in the Marine Corps. Personally, because I was a Marine Drill Instructor I will tell you that some of the comments below, you took the wrong way simply because you don't understand where a Marine finds it offensive. Not only Marines, but especially those Drill Instructors who are trained hard and train the future of our Marine Corps.

Yo you guys need to chill. This is just a video meant for fun, and i'm dam sure theres a reason all the parents of the graduates (probably half of them retired themselves) arn't yelling out "You girls are disgraces". They went through their training and they deserve respect; hell i bet they could beat you guys up. Most of you guys talking smack probably arn't in USMC and i ain't either. But i have enough sense to know what's fun and what's stupid. Stop saying crap about the them.

Our Drill sergeants in the army actually enjoy hearing impressions of them. usually is pisses them off and we get the shit smoked out of us. but its good fun
