2006 Vancouver Celebration of Light Fireworks - Italy

Here is the video I recorded from the HSBC Celebration of Light in Vancouver on Wednesday, July 26th, 2006. This event is a display of fireworks from a different country each date. For this day, it was Italy displaying their amazing pyrotechnic skills.

Note #1: In the video I comment that there's gonna be a whole lotta new YouTube videos today/tonight from the event due to the HUGE *SEA* of cameras recording the fireworks (looks like an estimated 1 million came and people saw it). But looking you the most recently uploaded videos, and a search of the tags.... I think I'm the first one! Weird.

Note #2: It's better to see it fullscreen. You can see it all alot clearer... and you don't get all the glare from the white background of the YouTube page.

They're having an international fireworks competition in malaysia. THEYRE SUPERRRR AWESOME!!!

italy is in one of the contestant. THE FINAL IS on 2nd Sept 07.

I love that Vancouver has this fireworks display which celebrates the fireworks themselves. If you haven't been to it, please go. It's the largest in the world.
