Although being that the entire footage is at night which makes it hard to see, it was still a good video. What's up with these party pooper pigs all over the place? I mean unless brawls or riots are breaking out they shouldn't be busting everyone. Half the time i couldn't tell what the person did wrong to get handcuffed. And at the end they were just making out...is it illegal to make in public or what? Damn cops let them party in peace lol.
