  • Being out of breath is understandable because Training sweats+forest= training. Honestly dude, Good form.

  • @ShinNytRain Thanks, man

  • I browsed a few of the comments, some speak the truth and some just don't have a trained eye; I have been practicing Yee's Hung Ga in NY and NJ for many years. I quickly noticed this practitioner is out of breath with such a "very short form". This person will lose many matches in the street and in tournaments.; if your breathing and conditioning is not correct. You should end your form nearly or as strong as you start your form, i.e. breath control.

  • @netmasterx this practitioner just finished 2 hour of hard workout before me shooting him)))

  • Good Form Brother- Just work on your Breathing- very good form-stay with it -go as far as you can go- Sensi Al Mckay

  • @thomasmac5 Thanks, glad to hear it, wish you the best!

  • training in leopard quite a lot i can tell you leopard form use the ferocity of tiger but with the grace of crane.

leopards arnt as strong as a tiger so they need their speed to gaina an advantage.

they do not block because this waists time. instead they keep attacking, that way the enemy cannot concentrate on attacking because they are so busy blocking. sooner or later the enemy will be over run with attacks and will not be able to block them all and the leopard dominates...hope this helps

  • If you do a form full power and full speed I think youd be more out of breath than u would be after a fight with someone that lasts the same amount of time

when you fight your speed and timing isnt based off of how fast you can move but off of your opponent. It is more exhausting to hit nothing than something

Practice a form to a point where it exhausts u and I think it'll help you build ur endurance anyways

I don't think people in street fights have ever learned to control breathing anyways

  • looks cold out there, good demonstration, powerful

  • This was a good form! :)

  • i just put out 2 videos under the title- creative forms-non-traditional- or martial art creative forms-if u don;t find them send email and i will send it to u- all the best keep going don't give up--- al
