What effect does an LRAD 500 have when the targeted victim is wearing industrial osha-aproved type ear plugs, as far as damage is concerned? "...wearing ear plugs, he says, would help, but only slightly..." How much is slightly? (any info would be appreciated.) In any case, this is just another example of the fact that there are fascists and plutocrats in EVERY COUNTRY, and they have to be defeated EVERYWHERE.
