Nice video. However I have a peugeot vivacity 50cc and I bought a 107mm adjustable clutch for it and also new rollers. I removed everything as shown in the video and then replaced it all with the new parts. However when I give the bike throttle the back wheel won't turn. Any suggestions ? Much appreciated. Thanks!

Tom, what Main Torque Spring you have installed on the Clutch?

Not good. Check how it runs without the CVT cover on. The variator or clutch bell may be catching the inside cover. Barring that, I would take the parts back off and start again as it was probably something due to install.

we're running the 1000 main with the shorty. You can use the 1500 too.

The stronger the main spring, the quicker you'll go through the powerband.
A 1500 is pretty good for most applications.
