Yesterday I took part in a 24 hour Blackout from the Internet for a personal reason to say I am against SOPA/PIPA

I actually say SISA by mistake where it should be PIPA

  • I actually think it's perfectly understandable that people/companies would want to protect their intellectual property, but SOPA and PIPA aren't the solution.

That being said, I'm always a little skeptical whenever the Internet gets all riled up over something. Of the 4.5 million people who signed the Google petition, how many of them had actually read the bill? Less than one-tenth of one per cent, perhaps?

  • @charlyandjosh I can see that they need to protect their copyright but they dont understand that sometimes it can be helpful promotion on some ways.

  • @BarryAldridge yes, definatley :D

  • @flobdojojo Good news for now is that they pulled it for now.
