Too bad thw video maker got his airplanes mixed up - Snoopy's doghouse was as every Peanuts follower knoew, a Sopwith Camel bi-plane and Von Richtoffen's plane was as alway historically a Fokker Triplane painted bright red. Who knows where that Spitfire at the start came from.

I am German and this is a great song. Manfred von Richthoven was not a Nazi and many of his kamerades were of the jewish religion. He was a german patriot and gentleman. Merry Christmas! Snoopy and the Red Baron ftw!

@kenimisoncanada Those are American gruman Hellcat fighters and Japanese Zeros...both from WWII. Plus the german flag is the present day flag not the one of WWI...great song and interesting video anyway...

I just found out the history update that it apparently has been confirmed that ground forces got the Red Baron -- my sources that credited Roy Brown are a bit outdated, it is true. It is also probably not true that, as Roy Brown touched down, his ground crew lady Lucy Van Pelt came running out screaming, "You blockhead, Roy Brown, now we won't go down in the history books!" with Roy answering, "Good Grief!" Oh, well -- the Snoopy legend lives on. As album said,, good vs evil but no one hurt.
