LA: Street Styles

Los Angeles is a large and diverse city in many ways — classes, races, and of course fashion. VC2 producers Rawbird explore the eclectic styles of Los Angeles by comparing Rodeo Drive and Venice Beach. On Rodeo Drive, the people wear big name brands (Fendi and Gucci to Prada and Chanel), and are very proud of it. In Venice Beach, the fashion is more about how the people are wearing it rather than who they are wearing.

I'm a born Angeleno, and I rarely see people dress like this. Slim fit jeans, black sweater, and simple white sneakers. That's enough for me, I don't need to attract too much attention.

In my opinion, LA fashion is super casual, edging on don't give a fuck. But if you live near West LA (where many people in the video are from) it becomes more pretentious.

i am from california and this is bad fashion. just so everyone knows not everyone in LA dresses like this.
