NOW we KNOW WHY Michael J. Jackson can NOT get justice in L.A....according to documents shown herein, by Dr. Shirley Moore, It would appear that Los Angeles Judges, have been running a crooked SLUSH FUND for a long time, and Certificates of Participation and their crooked use should bring Jail time to judges... got a comment on how to restore Accountability, when Judges are almost never even challenged for re-Elections ?

I have lost all hope of changing from all this corruption. you told me that we need about 500,000 signitures to bring it up to a vote to reverse SBX 211. but could we set up a web site so that people could sign electronicly? I'm not saying that I disagree with you but i think we (our founding fathers) did need some sort of starting platform to base our constitution on. could I ask you questions on how to recuse the judge in my pending case?

@danielcooper1000 Yu can ask, ... my understanding is that recusal 170.- must be filed BEFORE you Appear in court in a simple form motion to recuse. In California, my understanding is that you have 1 recusal without giving ANY reason for ANY "Judge", you can recuse all non-Judges, i.e. commissioners, judge pro temp, but after the1st recusal on real Judges who have a bond and OATH on file, you must state a just cause to recuse.

in other states I have no idea.

Question: If the courts are so evil, then what good comes from pleading sovereignty or freeman status or whatever? If they're so monstrous that they steal all this money, they aren't going to suddenly obey the law when there is nothing physically requiring them to.

Unfortunately, before we could ever even stand a chance changing this criminal conspiracy the entire system will be bankrupt.

Worse yet, instead of starting fresh the current crop of criminals in office operating this scam will use the coming economic catastrophe to solidify their powers and make sure they are fully protected from civil and criminal repercussions from their actions.
