Dr. Richard E. Williams, Ph.D. Graduation

The Rev. Richard E. Williams, the Senior Pastor of Outpouring Worship Center has faced many challenges and accomplished many goals that have been set before him. He has published 3 books and is broadcasting the "Ravenna Outpouring" television program coast to coast in the US as well as broadcasting into 170 nations of the world every week. On December 2, 2007, Rev. Williams graduated with a Doctor of Philosophy in Theology degree from Covenant Bible College & Seminary.


Norman Vincent Peale, noted author, speaker and Methodist Minister was quoted as saying;"All successful people have a goal. No one can get anywhere unless he knows where he wants to go."

Knowing what you want to accomplish, weighing the cost and setting the goal to get there grants success in your endeavor. It has been said that the true price of success is hard work, dedication, determination and commitment and anyone who has pursued a goal will heartily agree.

Dr. Williams, states in his book "The Vision" "that the fulfilled vision is the dream that has become a reality. The dream or vision is what we see (envision) in the future. The vision or dream is the future that we will create."
